Refund policy

1. General (resale items)

At  Aikimickey.store , we take pride in offering unique and limited edition products. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, all sales are final. This means that no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged before it was shipped.

2. Limited Liability

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products unless they are proven to be faulty or damaged prior to shipping.
  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, and product before confirming your purchase.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it is free from defects. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged prior to delivery, please contact our customer service within  3  days of receiving the item. We will assist you with a replacement or, if necessary, a full refund.

Important Note: Aikimickey is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. Any claims for damage must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Procedure for Faulty Items:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at services@aikimickey.info  with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  2. Inspection and Verification: Upon receiving your report, we will assess the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  3. Replacement or Refund: If your request is approved, we will send you a replacement product or process a refund to your original payment method.

Merchandise & Collaborations Return Policy

At aikimickey.store , we offer exclusive merchandise and collaborations, including those with Aiki Mickey. Due to the limited-edition nature of these items, all returns are eligible for store credit only—no refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 5 days, in original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable: Final sale items, personalized items, and items showing wear or damage are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: Contact us at services@aikimickey.info for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty before delivery.

Store Credit:

  • Issuance: Store credit will be issued within   7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. It can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
